Well I was a fan at first but after paying my bill and access to my units was restored, I went to the facility only to find that a lock was removed and my entire unit was turned upside-down. Whoever it was had the time to go through everything, every box and bag had been opened and they were thorough. It's as if they emptied the locker went through my things and then just threw everything back i to the unit. Very easy to go through the rental process, was very pleased. And the 24/7 access tops it off.
At first I felt a little misled, although the AI chat bot did try real hard to handle the explanation, but once I was connected to a real human it was all put into real-time sense. Easy to navigate and as close to hands free as it can get, if renting storage is made this easy just think of what our automated future holds for us...
