A local company you can trust. I have been a Customer for years on and off again. Overall very happy and the price is great. I also appreciate that their is a decent amount of activity there from other tenants who rent units, it makes me more comfortable. The communication from the office has been great and the app to view/pay bills and setup auto payment helped me to stop getting late notices! The isles are wide enough for a full sized truck and 30 foot trailer. Need storage? I recommend these guys.
Constant threats of auctioning property when a few days late on payments. Had an agreement with the property manager that i have been having financial problems and that they understand that. They are constantly on my back about payments when I make one every month (just missed one recently which is why I m posting), have brought late payments current and, outstanding balances current.
