Phlegbotomist Teresa is so expert, I did not feel a thing when she inserted the needle.
Had an appointment at 8am i was late so called in to let them know and ask if i should reschedule. They said come in. Came in at 8.20am Test was for fasting glucose. Waited for more than an hour. Crazy service and rude staff.
No ability to just "drop off" a sealed lab. long wait to turn in an envelope. Seems like a more efficient system could be put in place.
