Larissa was very rude and when I called her out she was aggressive and unprofessional with my blood draw. Never had an experience like that before. Last thing she needs to do is work with people.

I arrived at 11:15 the young lady calls me in and told me she was unable to draw my blood because the MD had not signed the order. I knew it was a problem on her end this had never happened before. My MD office is a block away and they printed me an order. The 95th office is closed by now. I proceed to the Trinity hospital ACL office. I did not present the lab forms thar I was given. This review is for the office in the Professional Building. It's on the fourth floor. I had my doctor's office fax the order for some blood tests to the fax number mentioned on ACL's voice mail greeting. I had been fasting for over 12 hours. They checked, but had not received the order. I called my doctor's office while there to verify the fax number, but ACL was giving a different fax number than what was on the voice mail greeting.
