I just had a missed call from the patient lab services and when I called them back, the woman pretended like she had no idea who I was even though my son had received Lab services the day before and then when I was trying to ask her where to redirect me, she hung up on me. The manager needs to know this is at 3 PM Tuesday April 28, 2026. I expect someone to call me back and let me know what’s going on and not hang up on me.
Real fast, always good experience.
I was told twice that I could take samples home and return them another day, but when I came back I was told they had to be returned the same day. This miscommunication wasted my time and forced me to repeat the process, which is especially frustrating given my limited availability during the week due to work. Unprofessional and disappointing.
When I tell you this place is EFFICIENT! The multiple times I've had to come for labs and the phlebotomists are phenomenal at their job has been wonderful. Very quick. They're pros. And they're very nice. Thank you!
