I am so grateful for my experience here! I am super afraid of needles and the ladies here are so kind, warm and accommodating. Their level of empathy was so meaningful. They are playing a big role in me overcoming my fear of needles because they are so quick and professional during the blood draw procedure. Walked in was in and out within 30mins. Friendly staff
Visited this site for a test that would require removing my mask. I was very concerned about being exposed to Covid, especially with health issues that I'm dealing with. Huge shout out to Evelyn, who addressed my concerns with understanding and care. She made completing this test as safe as possible. She was very kind and considerate of my needs. 5/12/22 at 1:30 pm I visited acl labs. For blood work I used them for years the last I was handled by a may be nurse in black uniform poked my arms 4 times no success to be polite I suggested I'll try come back another time to avoid her , so the nurse in green uniform came to the rescue and she was able to draw on first try , while the blue so called nurse continued Barkin I believe acl is hiring incompetent people with checking their background i notice the decline in quality on my last three visits. Lady that did the blood work had an attitude and being dramatic over having to input card information into the system. Absolutely appaling, sorry I'm making you do the work you're paid for? Wish I had gotten her name so I can put her on blast here.
