Ordered many, many dozens of scones. After the 5th or 6th bag of burned scones I was really upset & emailed them. I've been a long time customer & have spent a huge amount of money ordering their products. Not only did they ignore my email they removed me from their Facebook site, probably to ensure I don't give them a bad review there. I've dealt with Joe in the recent past about a question on an order & he was a real jerk, lying to me, then coming clean when I pressed him for the truth. I'll never order from them again.
