She has always been there for my children and now my grandchildren! Always got them in when they were sick! She has a heart of gold and is very passionate about what she does.
My 8 month old daughter was puking one day and Dr. Atkins staff would not answer the phone note I called repeatedly for 10 minutes. So I went to woman and children's where someone could help her. Now that I have went to woman and children's Dr. Atklin will not take my daughter back at her office forcing me to drive 1 hour back from work just to pick her up from the babysitter and drive 1 hour back to her new Dr. at women and children's. All because they wouldn't answer their phones.
Dr. Acklin, and all of the staff at Montgomery Pediatrics are wonderful! They are understanding, kind, and always cheerful. They take their time figuring out the proper diagnosis, being aggressive with treatment as needed, but also are understanding of finances and costs of insurance. My daughter looks forward to her appointments and hugs Dr. Traci and Dr. Katie every time she sees them. I highly recommend them to everyone.
