Outstanding in his field, Dr. Ackerson stays up to date with new technology and utilizes it in his Family EyeCare Clinic to the benefit of his clients. I have been going to this office over ten years now; even strayed once with a friend, but definitely went back. The staff is always friendly and professional. The atmosphere of caring is very apparent, and they make sure you are completely satisfied. Highly recommend Ackerson Family EyeCare
Great customer service. Bought my glasses in 2022, and they are still kind enough to adjust them gratis when I bend them.
Today was my 1st visit and it was absolutely amaaaazing! From the ladies at the front desk to the doctor ... and on to the awesome guy who helped me pick out my frames! What a great team & office environment! The doctor is so thorough, educational and just plain kind and reassuring. My exam wasn't rushed and I wasn't made to feel like I had to buy the most expensive frame or lenses like at my past eye doctor visits. What a relief. The lens of my prescription glasses jumped out as I was reading a really good book (in 27 days, highly recommend). I needed an updated Rx anyway, as well as an eye doctor that's closer. This place has great reviews (except that one guy lol) and I've heard good things. I'm glad I tried it out, very friendly people, and the doctor is a good guy.
