This management company is out of control!.. They have only managed my apartment complex for a year and have added a bunch of unnecessary fees in the middle of our leases. And now they just informed me that my rent will be going up $220 per month, when I was just told a few months ago that they would only be increasing CURRENT residents rent by $65!... This place is a ********* plain and simple. The management is dishonest and will tell you literally any lie to get you to stay. The property was actually nice at one time,but now the place is falling apart and the management is choosing to do nothing. I regret every day I wake up here and I can't wait to find a new place to live. Be smart, Rent elsewhere.

I moved in a few days before Thanksgiving 2018. PATIO STAYS FLOODED WITH STANDING WATER 2 months prior to moving in, I called & physically went to the rental office about the mildew & filth on the patio, asking them to pressure wash it. That never happened until April 2019. The patio floods almost up to the sliding glass door every time it rains. There is standing water on the entire patio.
