Came out to mother in laws house to change points on the well again even though they put new ones on 1 year ago. When she called them later that afternoon because the pump would not shut back off, they told her to unhook it until they could come out next day. End of February and shut off is in box outside. Which they argued and said that the shut off has to be in house, which again it is not. She is in her 70s and I had to call them argumentative to get them to come back out the same day.
