HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I visited Ackerman Jewelers this week to purchase a new wedding band for my husband. The sales associate starting showing me wedding bands that were around $2000. I informed her that my price range was around $500 for the ring. Her attitude completely changed. Her attitude made me feel as if my "small" amount of money is not good in her store. Gold Mine Ackerman's is known for its local quality and large selection of fine jewelry. They seem to carry a huge quantity of gold in all varieties. I find that the syles here a bit old-fashioned conservative, which at times is beautiful and refreshing. However, I would like to see some more contemporary pieces and colored gemstones. They are on the pricy side, so come prepared. PROS: Large selection CONS: Old fashioned styles

Terrible Terrible. Sales person was nice enough. But not really smart. I knew what I wanted but she wanted to sell me something else. I went to the mall to buy my watch. They need to train their sales force.

BEST STORE AROUND – I had a big party for my wife planned and need to WOW gift. I told them the price I had to stay in. They found the necklace that knocked her socks off. We now only go to Ackerman. They are Honest and that is hard to find...
