I am a caregiver for my father receiving proton therapy for a lung nodule. I highly recommend Ackerman Cancer facility! He is receiving state of the art care. The medical staff, office are all extremely knowledgable and encouraging. It's such a positive atmosphere ! I am so thankful we went here.
When I found out I had cancer I looked at another clinic. It's new it's beautiful however it felt cold. Every time I went to that clinic it was all about the money. A friend of mine that is a nurse in oncology told me to go to Ackerman that they were the best. They are the best! Dr. Ackerman is my physician what a warm and wonderful man with such a sense of humor. Treatment was prompt with a staff that is always kind and professional. Amazing is not a strong enough word. The staff from the doctors, nurses, and staff were so caring and worked with you through every facet of your treatment. I thank them for the bottom of my heart. Only five stars because there were not more.
Great care TEAM, being treated with the upmost respect means a lot since we as patients already have enough to worry about.
