He inspected the roof and sent me a written proposal right away. Acker gave me a fair price but more importantly they did a phenomenal job. Acker Roofing was great. I needed a roof cleaning and photos for a insurance renewal. They knew exactly what was needed. The report was thorough and the insurance company renewed my insurance. Will definitely use them next time I need roof work.
Working with Acker was such a great experience. From their customer service being beyond amazing, the roofing inspector was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this company.
Do not use Acker roofing. First, they do not respond to text or call you back except if it is about money. Then they will call and email everyday. They supposedly did “work” by replacing broken tiles, but there were sections of exposed roof that they never addressed and they said it must have been “overlooked” when I questioned them about it.
