Brad was great to work with. He was responsive, knowledgable and incredibly thorough. He was so helpful in explaining everything he found or how he checked areas and found no issues. His final report was delivered quickly and all the information was presented in a very clear and easy to follow format. Cannot recommend Brad enough!
Did an awesome job and did a much more thorough job than any other inspector I have seen.
I had a great experience with Brad from the initial phone call, all the way through the inspection report. He was punctual and responsive. This was for our first home purchase and he took the time during the inspection walkthrough to really highlight everything that's working fine, everything that needs a little love, and some very helpful advice for remediating any issues. His sense of humor helped ease us through a stressful time and he really made us comfortable with our purchase.
Brad was very knowledgeable and professional.
Completely missed a bay window with obvious water damage. Every time it rains I have a puddle of water in my house. It's going to cost me over $2000 to fix it when it should have been addressed BEFORE we bought the house. What's worse than that though, is how he decided to handle the situation. He ignored my emails and phone calls for months. When I did finally get in contact with him he told me he did not have insurance for his business and it wasn't his problem and then he hung up on me.
