We went to Acker to purchase a new stove after this local company was recommended by a friend. Dave, the Salesman, was very nice & helpful. We bought a new stove & it was installed today. Mitch & the other installer were very friendly & did a great job! We will recommend Acker to our family & friends! M&M Stewart
I purchased a washer and dryer from this establishment in August 2014. In Sept. 2015 the washer stopped working. I called for service and Acker was not able to come out and service the machine. I called another repair man who looked at the washer and said the control panel blew and needed to be replaced for a cost of \$250. Whereas the machine was only 13 months old I expected Acker to help me navigate getting a replacement part from the manufacture free or at a reduced price. The staff at Acker was of no help.
