Avoid this place at all cost
To many run down trailers. There are no rules for most residents. Live next door to a junkyard trailer that has no respect for anyone or anything. Must have too many vechiles when your only allowed two, parking situation is a absolute mess. I would tell anyone to not even consider living here. The new homes are decent and liveable. Trailers are a little to close especially when you can hear your neighbors conversations when the windows are open. Rules would be helpful if they were inforced.
