Avoid this place at all cost
To many run down trailers. There are no rules for most residents. Live next door to a junkyard trailer that has no respect for anyone or anything. Must have too many vechiles when your only allowed two, parking situation is a absolute mess. I would tell anyone to not even consider living here. The new homes are decent and liveable. Trailers are a little to close especially when you can hear your neighbors conversations when the windows are open. Rules would be helpful if they were inforced. I was a resident with Ackels with my daughter and my husband for almost 6 years. We lived in 2 separate trailers here. I used to love them so much. It was a small little quiet community. Most kept to themselves. Ofc there was drama here from time to time and there's been some wild things that happened. Once there was a shooting, and ackels has been on the news lately for child abuse.
