The receptionist was excellent—friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the short aide was frustrating: nagging and irritating rather than helpful. The therapist’s work completely resolved my neck pain, but the aide’s behavior made things worse. He seemed unhappy to be there and projected that negativity onto patients. Leaving someone with that attitude unsupervised and untrained will hurt the business in the long run. I’m not paying to walk out with more stress than I came in with. Updated to 5 from 1 due to pain relief.

Excellent facility. From reception through the actual therapy, all are courteous, helpful, professional and excellent at what they do! Special shout-out to Stacy and John.

Amazing experience, Stacy, Ramona and all the team are super kind, understanding, professional and respectful. Absolutely, I recommend them if you need to heal after a fracture or recovering your mobility.
