I have been working with the team at ACIC PT in the process of recovering from ACL/MCL surgery and have had a fantastic experience with the team. I really appreciate that everyone was willing to answer my questions and provide further explanations as needed, the space is welcoming and I always felt like I could ask questions relevant to the treatment. My experience at ACIC Physical Therapy was amazing. Following Nanoknee surgery in January, I developed Graves disease. I lost a lot of weight and was very weak, walking with pain and fear, using a cane. The care I received from everyone of the team was professional and extremely kind. Sibylle and Stacey directed my program specifically to my weekly needs. I tore my ACL and meniscus as a professional dancer/entertainer. I was looking for the perfect PT/rehab center for a while. I finally checked out ACIC, after quite a few recommendations from football athletes. I've been to physical therapy clinics before, but never experienced such a vibrant and welcoming environment that ACIC offers. At ACIC Physical Therapy entire team is professional and knowledgeable. My therapist is fantastic to work with and understood my pain points. Every time the line of treatment is aligned and as per my need. I loved the 15 minutes massage on my back it was so amazing to get some relief from my back pain. I am still continuing

The receptionist was excellent—friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the short aide was frustrating: nagging and irritating rather than helpful. The therapist’s work completely resolved my neck pain, but the aide’s behavior made things worse. He seemed unhappy to be there and projected that negativity onto patients. Leaving someone with that attitude unsupervised and untrained will hurt the business in the long run. I’m not paying to walk out with more stress than I came in with. Updated to 5 from 1 due to pain relief.
