We had an huge oak tree in our front yard 10 feet from the house. Almost 4 foot diameter and maybe 50 tall. It did not fall on house after Ian or Milton but we were concerned it might. Contacted ACI a week after the last storm and their ISO certified arborist confirmed it needed to come down - they actually came the day we called on a Sunday!! Adam and his team are thorough, straightforward, punctual and were amazing to deal with. I wish all companies had their same level of customer service. The first few pictures are what another tree company left me with, that Adam and his crew finished and tarped for me. About a week after Hurricane Helene, and waiting for the first company to come back out and finish the job Adam knew I was worried about Hurricane Milton causing more damage. Adam was very helpful and took a lot off stress off us by dealing with the insurance company after hurricane Helene. The crew was very professional and courteous. Did exactly what they said they were going to do.
I called and the guy said he’d take a look at the trees on his way home that night and let me know a price. Didn’t get back to me so I waited 4 days and called and he said he ran out of time that night and he would do it that day and I haven’t heard from him again and it’s been about a week and a half.
Adam and his team is great. I was out of town and he was able to help me with a problem during hurricane Milton. Quick and efficient and fair. He saved the day for me. Would highly recommend ACI for anything you need.
