ACI acted quickly and efficiently in taking care of our roof claim. Shawn came over right away and inspected our roof. ACI worked well with our insurance company, and their installation crews worked tirelessly to finish the tear off and replacement in one day. The gutter crew followed the roofers and then the window wrap crew finished us up. I would gladly recommend ACI for roofing and exterior needs. They are First Class Professionals.
ACI installed a roof on my home in 2022. They issued a 10 year warranty at completion of the job. The roof has been leaking for the past several months. I have reached out to them several times with email as well as phone calls over the past months. They have yet to come to the home for a review and ultimately honor the warranty. It's disappointing at best. I hope this might prompt them to address the situation in a professional manna.
