Wow. What can I say other than they definitely exceeded my expectations. I had to come in because some lady sideswiped my Honda Civic a couple months back, as I don’t drive the car often I didn’t feel the need to get it replaced until a friend of mine recommended them for their lower price. I recently took my RAV4 to this body shop to have the bumper replaced and to repair an area that had been damaged in a collision. The work they did was first-class — you’d never know the car had been hit. The quality of the repair was excellent, and they returned the vehicle exactly within the time frame they promised. I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, attention to detail, and reliable service.
ACI Auto Body staff were the best. I was driving though on my way back to Buffalo and had a minor fender bender. They worked with me and got my car back to new condition in just a few days. The body work and paint are absolutely amazing, and the end price was exactly what I was originally quoted.
all of the repairs done to my vehicle were excellent. and customer service provided by all the employees I dealt with was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend ACI Auto Body Shop to anyone needing body work
