Do not use this company. I hired an adjuster from here last summer( only they've recently changed the name from United Public Adjuster) after a tornado hit my house. The adjuster came to my neighborhood immediately, said he represented a not for profit organization, convinced my neighbors and I that our insurance wouldn't fix our damage without his assistance. Do not believe ACI. You are better off dealing with the insurance company directly. You are parting 25% of what the insurance pays to ACI where you could be using that money for the replacement or repair costs. I felt cheated.
Update info how ACI works. since November Jason refused to submit my claim to Safco so I had Servpro estimate give me estimate , they submit now the check went to ACI and they claim they're representing they cash the check and took $500.00 and sent me the remaining balance , I SAID IT BEFORE AND I WILL SAY IT AGAIN ,ACI IS NOT POBLIC ADJUSTER YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH, THE EMPLOYEES POST 5 STAR REVIEW FOR THEMSELVES.
