Do not use this company. I hired an adjuster from here last summer( only they've recently changed the name from United Public Adjuster) after a tornado hit my house. The adjuster came to my neighborhood immediately, said he represented a not for profit organization, convinced my neighbors and I that our insurance wouldn't fix our damage without his assistance. We experienced hurricane Ian last year & have been so stressful to deal with the insurance. A friend of mine referred Jason Bruning from United Public Adjusters (Non-profit) to us, Jason was helpful and professional. He helped us to deal with insurance fromA-Z, he constantly updates us about the claim status. Thank you Jason for everything!

Do not believe ACI. You are better off dealing with the insurance company directly. You are parting 25% of what the insurance pays to ACI where you could be using that money for the replacement or repair costs. I felt cheated.
