We experienced hurricane Ian last year & have been so stressful to deal with the insurance. A friend of mine referred Jason Bruning from United Public Adjusters (Non-profit) to us, Jason was helpful and professional. Do not believe ACI. You are better off dealing with the insurance company directly. You are parting 25% of what the insurance pays to ACI where you could be using that money for the replacement or repair costs. I felt cheated.
Update info how ACI works. since November Jason refused to submit my claim to Safco so I had Servpro estimate give me estimate , they submit now the check went to ACI and they claim they're representing they cash the check and took $500.00 and sent me the remaining balance , I SAID IT BEFORE AND I WILL SAY IT AGAIN ,ACI IS NOT POBLIC ADJUSTER YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH, THE EMPLOYEES POST 5 STAR REVIEW FOR THEMSELVES. Tim represented me for my storm damage. He got me full replacement on my roof and siding. Great to work with and extremely professional. Thanks to Tim and Aci for their great work. I highly recommend them. Don't deal with the Ins Co.on your own.
