I was super impressed with Achtuning. I was in Seattle on a trip with my Mk7 GTI and my clutch started acting up. I had a 4-5 hour drive home and wanted to get it handled before I attempted the trip home. I'm one that generally does his own work on vehicles, but given the situation that wasn't really an option for me. I called probably 20 shops in the greater Seattle area. Achtuning are simply the greatest. Every person I've interacted with there is super helpful and friendly. The shop manager Kelly is exceptionally knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. I'm protective of my car, but something about the staff at Achtuning puts me at ease. They will treat your car like its their own.
So, I have not actually had any service done at the shop, but judging by the customer service that I received over the phone, I would absolutely recommend this shop for work. ( navigating the automotive world as a woman can be daunting with men assuming that you have no idea what you’re talking about. Achtuning has been an incredible resource. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Jessica and Kelly, in particular, stood out with their expertise and patience in answering my (many) questions. They’ve set a high standard, and I’ll definitely be back for future service.
Great shop and knowledgeable employees. I called all the VW shops for a last-minute oil change 1 day before my trip to Idaho. None of the VW dealers could fit me in for a 30-minute oil change. I called them up at about 3:30 pm and they fit me in the same day for an oil change. Finished in less than 45 minutes. They used high quality liquimoley oil. I spent my time waiting in their lounge looking at all the nice rims they had on display. I will always consider this shop for any maintenance and upgrades/tuning.
