TlDr - expensive, bad service, wrong diagnosis. Won’t recommend for BMWs. We came here a few times with our bmw because of the great reviews. Last time we came we asked them to check alignment. Charged thousands, told us we needed repair, told us they didn’t have a bmw technician. We went to another shop that again charged us thousands and told us everything was fine. Tried to speak to manager, it’s been weeks tried calling multiple times, never got connected.
Achtuning has taken great care of my Audi for the past couple years.
