Achtuning are simply the greatest. Every person I've interacted with there is super helpful and friendly. The shop manager Kelly is exceptionally knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. I'm protective of my car, but something about the staff at Achtuning puts me at ease. They will treat your car like its their own.
So, I have not actually had any service done at the shop, but judging by the customer service that I received over the phone, I would absolutely recommend this shop for work. ( navigating the automotive world as a woman can be daunting with men assuming that you have no idea what you’re talking about. Achtuning has been an incredible resource. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Jessica and Kelly, in particular, stood out with their expertise and patience in answering my (many) questions. They’ve set a high standard, and I’ll definitely be back for future service.
Great shop and knowledgeable employees. I called all the VW shops for a last-minute oil change 1 day before my trip to Idaho. None of the VW dealers could fit me in for a 30-minute oil change. I called them up at about 3:30 pm and they fit me in the same day for an oil change. Finished in less than 45 minutes. They used high quality liquimoley oil. I spent my time waiting in their lounge looking at all the nice rims they had on display. I will always consider this shop for any maintenance and upgrades/tuning.
I used to respect this place a lot because I had quite a few performance tunes done on different vehicles at this place and the people were great. I almost came recently after having my APR tune to stage one done on my 07 Audi and I wanted to go to electronic stage two when I went in there to see if they honor the 20% Switching over from APR to there. They said no they don’t after one of the representative already said they do so drove two hours out of my way to come down there that they don’t honor Tronics 20%. This is kind... read more
