Overall I'm quite pleased working with Achint. I love that he doesn't oversell, once he got our needs he didn't try to push for unnecessary amenities or something, just found what worked for us. We've worked with him twice now and the turnaround is fantastic. He's definitely worth giving a call, not every realtor suits everyone but he got us immediately.
