We bought a MAZDA CX-90 2024, and the car had a problem on the battery hybrid system. We have been waiting for a month and no one can tell us when the problem is going to be solved. We are paying for an expensive leasing, and we don't have our car. That's frustrating and unacceptable. I called a customer service and tried to open a complaint, and they said they are going to investigate and return to us. I Never had this type of experience before and it’s been frustrating. I will reconsider Mazda’s car in the future.
I haven't bought a car at Achilles Mazda as I have eventually found a better suiting me car from another car make. However, I see it as my duty to write a review about sales representative Alex who works in this dealership. In general, sales representatives in the auto industry have quite a bad reputation in the society and for a reason. I wish I could give more stars. We bought a new car from Achilles and just recently had it serviced and the entire team came through with flying colours. Their attention to detail and effort in getting things right is unmatched. If you're looking for a dealership that cares about their customers, I highly recommend Achilles Mazda for all your car needs!
Everything went great at Achilles Mazda Milton so far, from choosing & purchasing a new car to the delivery. Riyad, the sales representative, delivered excellent service! He was not pushy, did not try to oversell or press me to make a decision. He shared pertinent info about the CX5 GS Comfort vs CX5 GT models that helped me make a decision comfortably.
