What a fantastic car buying experience! Low pressure, friendly, and oh so knowledgeable. Sunny got us set up with test driving various models and different financing/leasing plans, to figure out a package that worked for our needs. Had the please of dealing with Leslie when I purchased my cx50. She was nothing but perfection. That was last year. I’ve been with the service department at this location getting everything done and I have to say the professionalism and customer service at this location is absolutely outstanding. From the sales department to service, the staff here is absolutely outstanding. I’m from Brampton and I drive 45mins here because I know I will be taken care of. Everyone should come here to get their Mazda.
Two part review: 1. When I was looking to purchase a car in 2024 Leslie Beal was very helpful. Stock at the time was limited and could not purchase a car from there but I wish I could've waited a bit and purchased from there. Very helpful, very good communication, very professional and again wish I bought from her and Achilles instead of Gyro Mazda. 2. When I purchased a used vehicle I was told it came with winter tires and when I asked what condition they were in Tracy told me they were in good condition because they never sell tires/brakes that are over 50% worn, and when I got them to my mechanic they were in such bad condition that they cannot be put on the car and are garbage (why even give them to me?)… all I asked for was a discount on a new set to make it right, and that was refused because apparently the tires “weren’t part of the sale”… will be avoiding in future... read more
