Read the reviews! The good.... the check in process was good/fast the quality care was ok, and they were able to see me pretty promptly during my first visit. The Bad: The prices are absolutely outrageous and the wait time is too long!! My initial visit was about a month ago and the NP took samples to diagnose my issue. Today was only supposed to be a follow-up visit but I ended up paying an additional $444. Since my deducible hadnt been met, I had to pay $$115 [ just to be seen (no treatment)]. Total disappointment. I had a 2:55 appointment today. At 3:25 I asked the receptionist what the hold up was on the appointment. She said there were still two people in front of me. I then canceled my appointment. Last appointment I waited over an hour to be seen. They are so mismanaged! I will not return. They waste my time.
They are very professional. They didn't just treat me like a regular patient ..
Over two visits ended up paying around ~$500 only to be recommended inserts that I could have bought online.. this is why people hate the doctor more than being sick
The treatment I received was top-notch, and I felt immediate improvement. I also appreciated how they followed up to ensure I was progressing well after my visit. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and skilled podiatrist, I highly recommend Dr. James Baldwin and the entire team at Achilles Foot and Ankle. I will definitely be returning for any future foot and ankle care needs!
