I had an excellent experience with my testosterone therapy consultation and treatment. Cynthia Robbs, NP, is the best—extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered in detail. Her office staff, Faith and Hal, are also very friendly and helpful, which made the entire experience even better. Excellent in-home primary care for my 90-year-old mother. Communication was outstanding—Hal, the scheduler, confirmed everything the day of the appointment. NP Robbs was very knowledgeable and compassionate, and even sent in prescriptions during the visit. We truly appreciate the care provided and highly recommend this service.
This was by far the easiest, least stressful doctor visit I have ever had. Cynthia Robbs was kind, answered my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. Scheduling was quick and easy and I am already scheduled to go back for bloodwork and a physical. If I knew an office visit could go this smooth I would have come here a LONG time ago!
Every visit I am treated excellent. They are friendly, polite and professional. MS. Robbs and Faith Sullivan are always willing to explain any concerns I have. And they give me booklets with information about diabetes which is my diagnosis.
Provided home care for my mother. Lab work and meds done in the home. Friendly staff Cynthia Robb’s is very thorough, patient and listens to patient. She is awesome!. Love them and their quality services. Highly recommended.
