My experience here was bad my therapist was Athena she was always late starting appointments and I feel like she really didn't care for helping me and honestly it made me want to give up on therapy. She made me feel guilty for having to reschedule appointments and she knew I was pregnant and some days things would come up or I would be sick and I couldn't do a session. Communication is horrible. Didn't return my phone call inquiring about their services for 2 weeks. Then after waiting 6 weeks for my appointment they canceled on the day of via an email.
Edit2: The owner has contact me directly, I have edited my star rating, I will edit it again once we are able to see another therapist and evaluate. The owner was extremely nice and honest and open. I trust she will address our issues and that our specific issue will be a one time issue and won’t happen again in the future. I really like Sarah and she is helping me with the loss of my 3 pets, and 2 good friends all in one year. I've been very depressed, and I believe I have found someone who can give me the guidance and help me with my grieving.during this difficult time
