My experience with Mrs. Johnson has been wonderful, very thorough, very kind and understanding always makes me feel heard and supported. I’ve noticed real improvement since starting therapy, highly recommend !
Not sure why they cancelled my intake appointment at 8pm the night previous, but that's the extent of my experience with this business.
My experience here was bad my therapist was Athena she was always late starting appointments and I feel like she really didn't care for helping me and honestly it made me want to give up on therapy. She made me feel guilty for having to reschedule appointments and she knew I was pregnant and some days things would come up or I would be sick and I couldn't do a session. I told her how I needed my appointments scheduled and she still kept pressuring me and made it seem like I didn't want to do the work to receive help. I was a... read more
Communication is horrible. Didn't return my phone call inquiring about their services for 2 weeks. Then after waiting 6 weeks for my appointment they canceled on the day of via an email.
Edit2: The owner has contact me directly, I have edited my star rating, I will edit it again once we are able to see another therapist and evaluate. The owner was extremely nice and honest and open. I trust she will address our issues and that our specific issue will be a one time issue and won’t happen again in the future.
