This experience changed my life. My Therapist was wonderful and skilled. Highly recommended for everyone who can use some help working through difficult thoughts and feelings. I feel like I've been given my life back. In fact I feel less anxious and worried and more positive and enthusiastic and content than I ever have in my life. Learning to better process your thoughts and emotions is a tool everyone can benefit from.
I truly am beyond impressed with this organization. My therapist Ms Dowd is my favorite therapist I have ever had. She really is excellent at what she does and helped me with alot of my every day stressors. She knows so much and it made me feel secure and safe to hear what she has to say.
