After a long time of horrible experiences w/Solace Behavioral, I found Achieve Wellness. Dr Harrin & Dr Lancy are terrific! They are both understanding, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed, misunderstood, or dismissed. Here, I am not just pushed out the door w/meds! They teach and give you tools to help yourself too! As the spouse of a patient that has an extremely difficult case of bipolar, as well as suffers from rapid manic swings, I have to say this facility let my family down. My partner was upfront with the facility in advising his situation is more complex than most. Was working with NP after my 2 visit I was asked to leave. My previous provider had me on a medication twice in the morning and twice at nigh as need. Well I text helen regarding this misinformation cleared. She had already blocked be on the phone, she has blocked my wife and i have literally proof, to a picture of my meds and sent it, but already blocked.
