My experience so far: more than two weeks after consultation with Dr. Bache who agreed that I am an appropriate patient for Spravato treatment. Since then they ghosted me. I called the only number they give out that is answered by a secretary who knew nothing but transferred me to a mailbox, which nobody answered. Later, she gave me the number for my "care coordinator", Sara Kellly, which goes straight to mailbox where (you guessed it) messages disappear without answer. Yes, they treat patients like garbage. My experiences have been extremely helpful with my mental health. I was uncertain at the beginning, however as treatment goes along I am feeling better and better with each treatment.
I absolutely love this center! The staff is compassionate, non-judgmental, and accommodating. As for the treatment itself, it has changed my life for the better. I can say I am no longer depressed! I get the Spravato treatment. If nothing else has completely worked for you, I would consider this.
Friendly and helpful staff. I had a great experience.
