Just went to the Westfield lofts open house and they looked fabulous! Such nice people and a really great price!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They waited until I gave a review then pocketed my entire deposit and tried to charge us $1100+ for a three bedroom carpet cleaning AFTER we had already cleaned the carpet and charged for "cleaning fees" AFTER we hired cleaners on the day we moved out. We even patched and painted nail holes where we had decor hung up. We left this townhome in pristine condition and exactly as it was at move in.They went so far as to imply we may OWE THEM money! In my move in sheet, I stated that they had bad pa... read more

Loved renting from Achievement! They were quick to fix any issue, are always quickly responsive to any questions I ever had. I've had a lot of bad rental experiences and these guys are stellar. I would definitely rent from them again!
