They waited until I gave a review then pocketed my entire deposit and tried to charge us $1100+ for a three bedroom carpet cleaning AFTER we had already cleaned the carpet and charged for "cleaning fees" AFTER we hired cleaners on the day we moved out. We even patched and painted nail holes where we had decor hung up. We left this townhome in pristine condition and exactly as it was at move in.They went so far as to imply we may OWE THEM money! Loved renting from Achievement! They were quick to fix any issue, are always quickly responsive to any questions I ever had. I've had a lot of bad rental experiences and these guys are stellar. I would definitely rent from them again!
We stayed in this lovely apartment for almost a month. We love the balcony and the barbecue. The decor was modern and new. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen could use a few more tools, but there were plenty of plates and glasses The host Hannah was charming, attentive, and very responsive. We would stay again.
friendly but watch out, houses tested positive for meth residue and they didn't disclose it to the state.
