Terrible Client Service – We used Achieve Realty when we bought our home in 2009. When taxes came around in 2010, I received a letter stating that there was an issue with the deed to our house that should have been caught at the closing. Until this issue is fixed, Beaver County still lists the previous owner on the property and she is legally responsible for the taxes, if I didn't pay them.
