I’m very disappointed with the level of professionalism from this organization. I had a confirmed speech therapy appointment for my child, and Melissa Noel canceled just ten minutes before the session was supposed to begin. This last-minute notice was extremely inconvenient and showed little consideration for families who rearrange their schedules to make sure their children receive the care they need. On May 7, 2025, after my 3-year-old daughter’s developmental evaluation at Achieve Beyond (located inside 1311 Mamaroneck Avenue), we were quietly waiting in the lobby for medical transportation when we were confronted in a way I’ll never forget. Lorraine was our ABA therapist and she is a gem ! Lorraine is patient as can be and helped my child come such a long way even though we started a bit late in the program . It was a pleasure to have her be apart of our household and so hard to say good bye as we will miss her so much . If you have the chance to have her work with you and your child know you are so very lucky !
