Im a disabled veteran who has been going to achieve balance for a couple a years. Chris had an oversight of my payment two weeks after my appointment. He reached out asked if he could run my debit card. I told them their oversight is not the patients problem. Chris took it into his hands to go ahead and run my debit card anyway after I specifically told them not to. On top of that if you are a veteran they charge community care $115 per visit taking extra money from the government contracts when they should be charging $65 f... read more

I just want to say I appreciate Alex and the work that he does. He is a great chiropractor and easy to work with. On another note, The gentleman that works the front desk is very rude to his staff and doesn't seem to know what he's doing.
