Brianna is great. Working with her I was able to get a better grasp of roles and find the motivation needed to push my team to the next level of management. I learned how to properly hold my team accountable while keeping them motivated to achieve their set goals. She brought our thinking up to a different level and we have Brianna to thank for that. :)
