My daughter Melody has a special needs trust with Achieva that I had an attorney create in 2006. Since Melody's trust was transferred to Achieva from the original trust administrator who unfortunately passed away they have fought my ex-wife on many costs associated with Melody's care. If you plan on Achieva managing your trust. I would highly advised against It. They don’t return emails, phone calls and mail. They make Reimbursement requests almost impossible. They micromanage receipts And mileage reimbursement to the point it’s not even worth submitting. I would find a different way to manage funds. So that you can get the funds when you need them.
