Joanna the nurse practitioner is great. She listens to me and never seems like she's in a hurry to get me out. The problem I am having is getting my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. I have to call more than 3 days in a row, sometimes 2x a day and the front office staff just says "I'll send Dr. Jacques a message" yet I never have success getting what I need.
