I adore Dr Acharya. I first went to her about 15 yrs ago when I first got Breast Cancer, which had been completely removed at the time of Surgery. PET scans to prove it. So I chose NOT to use Chemo or Radiation... but kept up with Blood Work and PET scans, for the recommended 6 yrs follow up. Still clear. This was NOT ACHARYA First choice... but it was mine. She honored that. The cancer came back just about 5 yrs ago. I tried a different Dr... and clashed! So I now travel across town to see Acharya again. She’s Amazing!

Dr. Acharya-Leon has literally saved my life. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and giving of her time. She has become a second primary care doctor in addition to being my oncologist (i.e., focuses on my total well-being, not just the cancer). I feel so lucky to be in her care.

The office is busy - however the doctor gave me her time, knowledge and compassion. I saw her heart and she Definitely cares. She took time to draw and explain my situation.
