HE was friendly and very helpful, he gave us options for treatments and felt he cared.
Dr. Desai was rude from the minute he entered the room. He badgered my mom into answering questions unnecessarily. He treated us like we did not understand anything. I was planning on recording the appointment for our own use... just to help us remember what was said and possible course of action. He was adamant that I did not record the meeting.
