I have had this so call cleaning company for a few weeks and they cleaned the house once properly as ask after that one time the house was not clean properly the cleaning of the house had to be done like a Operating theatre. The? Bathroom and kitchen had to Clean N and disinfected that was not done they did not use proper cleaning chemicals. There was still skin and blood everywhere. They do a great job cleaning the house, sadly they cannot keep to a clear schedule. They started arriving anytime they like, on any day they like, despite having arranged for a Tuesday afternoon. Their cleaners turned up Saturday morning, despite making it very clear that I would not be available this day during the signing up proces. They claim to specialise in NDIS and DVA clients, however if a person has a mental disability or PTSD turning up at any random time can be devistating for them, it's also just unprofessional to... read more
