ACG Hospice was the best decision we made in taking care of our Mother. Like most, we thought hospice was only end of life care, they are so much more than that. The entire team was wonderful, from enrollment to day to day care. They kept Mom comfortable & built relationships with her and us, answered thousands of questions, came for every call without hesitation and comforted and reassured us. We were blessed to have made the connection & we will always remember and appreciate them.
We had a family situation that needed immediate attention from a hospice agency and we chose ACG Hospice because they are a smaller company. What a phenomenal experience!!!! We contacted Amber Goodpasture, and she was at the house meeting with the family during the holidays on a Saturday less than 24 hours after I contacted her!!! This group has been amazing from start to finish. Everyone has been right on top of the needs of our loved one. No request was too big or too small. From meeting us on our time line for the paperwork to coming and being with us til the end. I would recommend this group for all your hospice needs for your family/loved one.
