ACG and the installer team went well. Works well in summer. But the unit we had installed just can't survive the Canberra winter. We went with their Daikin unit a year ago and unfortunately it enters a defrost mode every 30 or so minutes when the temperature is below 5 degrees. We have the unit installed next to a bedroom which is unusable in winter due to the constant sound of the defrost cycle. Install went well but a premium price for a unit that doesn't work overnight in winter.
I recently had a ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system installed by ACG. They did an excellent job. They were on time, communicated clearly and offered a competitive price. The system works very well. Highly recommended.
