Probably one of the more challenging ducted installations in a three bedroom split level apartment. Despite identifying some obvious and hidden issues they managed to find solutions promptly and got a great outcome. I’m happy with how things turned out. A big thanks to Brendon and Luke for persevering to get this system installed.

The guys called me with a 30 minute warning before they arrived, checked everything and warned me about the noise. They sent me photos confirming where/how I wanted the unit placed and called me as they were finishing so I could return. I got a tutorial on the daikon system, recommendations for cleaning it and general advice. Not only all this but I was able to get the unit installed within a couple of days of paying my deposit and the job took the 3 hours they had said. Couldn't be happier.
