The guys called me with a 30 minute warning before they arrived, checked everything and warned me about the noise. They sent me photos confirming where/how I wanted the unit placed and called me as they were finishing so I could return. I got a tutorial on the daikon system, recommendations for cleaning it and general advice. Not only all this but I was able to get the unit installed within a couple of days of paying my deposit and the job took the 3 hours they had said. Couldn't be happier.

The installation of our split and ducted system was completed quickly and with great attention to detail. The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and tidy once the job was done. What stood out the most was how clearly they explained the system, making sure we knew how to get the most out of it.
