**Edit, the senior technician came out and fixed the hole in the wall and installed the new part.He was very professional. I'd like to give them a higher rating but can't get past the fact they tried to claim warranty for a defective part under my name. As a customer, you expect to pay for, and receive a working product. This isnt a good business practice.** The pros of ACG are good proactive communication and quick installation times. My experience with the installation however hasn't been stellar. From enquiry, inspection up to installation, Jessi, Jason & ACG guys were amazing. They are quick to response and straight forward with their responses. They made sure that everything was in place and sorted before they left. Thumbs up guys!!!
