The doctor we see here is amazing. However, it is nearly impossible to get through to this office by phone. I can call during business hours, 10 times, and no one ever picks up. I can leave voicemails and no one calls back. Very frustrating!!
It's been really hard to get through. I don't know if their phones are down or what. But all of the shortcuts auto hang up when you try to get through. Then they take 3+ days to get ahold of you during work hours when you could be in a mtg or class or working. If you miss it you call back and it doesn't go through again and you're waiting another 3+ days for another call back. I like her doctor but idk what's up with their switch board or system.
This is very unprofessional for a nurse to inject a one month old plus baby and use just a cotton face towel to clean baby's dripping blood after injection and also she didn't clean the site of injection before injecting the baby, too bad. This is a bad experience I had today. I don't even know which number to call to report the situation. This is very unfair and unprofessional for a nurse to do this to my baby and myself. I pray nothing happens to my baby. Blood stain on my pant.
