These people installed and worked on the generator that is in the home we purchased 8'months ago. Today the power went off and the Generator did not kick on. I call them and they tell me they do not do residential generators (see attached photos) then the one person tells me the manager will call me to handle scheduling an emergency visit (about 180 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours) to fix the generator they serviced 10 months ago and cleared as fully working in writing. We are very happy to be working with Air Centers of Florida. Today they installed a new dryer and Dylan was quick, Friendly and professional. He made the connections needed. ACF Standby took care of us when what I will call our previous vendor told us they could not help. They took there time and worked the problem. We provide emergency services to Hospitals and Physicians and we needed someone to correct the generators issues. They did and that is all I was hoping for.
