We called them to our home because our furnace was inoperable. We set up an appointment, our appointment went fine. Bill, the tech said our vacuum hose was clogged and that is was a very common problem. Charged us \$79 said furnace was clogged and he unclogged within 5 minutes and told us to replace the vacuum hose because that was our problem.
