Awful to deal with. Waited on a referral for imaging, never got one, so I called front desk and waited for them to submit documentation. After calling the front desk for two weeks I submitted a private review by email. As soon as I submitted that, Dr Shirley Reynolds called me, and told me to find other primary care. Dr Reynolds was extremely rude on the phone, and hung up on me. They never submitted documents to my insurance is what stemmed this conversation. Great doctor and her staff is on point. Office is nice and clean.
Wildly unprofessional. I can’t believe she has a license for mental health or anything else. Raised Voice raised attitude I said, you are a professional. Her response was, not according to the government. She walked out of my 20 minute appointment and said I’m done with the session. A complaint will be filed with board of health department in Portland. Zero stars.

Fantastic PCP! I always feel heard, attended to, and prioritized during my visits. She’s competent, polite, and never rushes me. Sometimes appointments run a bit late... not due to lack of care, but because she gives every patient the time they deserve. Referral delays can happen, especially in our area, but that seems to be an issue with specialist availability—not with her responsiveness. If you need a specialist, I’d recommend doing your own follow-up calls rather than blaming the PCP. Overall, highly recommend her care!
