Wildly unprofessional. I can’t believe she has a license for mental health or anything else. Raised Voice raised attitude I said, you are a professional. Her response was, not according to the government. She walked out of my 20 minute appointment and said I’m done with the session. A complaint will be filed with board of health department in Portland. Zero stars.

Fantastic PCP! I always feel heard, attended to, and prioritized during my visits. She’s competent, polite, and never rushes me. Sometimes appointments run a bit late... not due to lack of care, but because she gives every patient the time they deserve. Referral delays can happen, especially in our area, but that seems to be an issue with specialist availability—not with her responsiveness. If you need a specialist, I’d recommend doing your own follow-up calls rather than blaming the PCP. Overall, highly recommend her care!
Been trying to get referrals and other things accomplished. Receptionist says they will call back, but never does. Really considering trying to make a switch but there's such a doctor shortage in our area so it's hard.
Horrible experience, Shirley Reynolds was rude, loud and interruptive from the moment she walked in. She called me by the wrong name and had none of my medical files/records ready after already being 40min late to our scheduled appointment. I figured she was let go by Waterfall and had left town, after the insane experiences that were shared with me by current and ex patients of hers.
