looking to upgrade riding lawn mower. went in today 10/3 salesman said had one left in stock, no effort to see what I was looking for and no real effort to see if a sale could be made. Pretty much told to go to Home Depot. Which I had and got a little better service on there last one but I wasn't interested in that model. At least got greeted somewhat nicely, unlike a competitor that I have never gone back to.
Pulled up to the front of the building 7 minutes before closing. The guy walked to the front, looked me in the eye and switched the open sign to closed and walked away. Unbelievable. Last time I’ll EVER go there.

Terrible customer service. 3 guys sitting at the counter on computers. Not one greets me as I enter with a large power tool. Told them what I needed and even showed the note telling me what to get. They sold me the wrong part. That is fine. It happens. No big deal. BUT, when I went to return it and told the guy that he sold me the wrong part he ADMITTED that he did because it's all he carries. Seriously? Why would you sell me a part I didn't ask for? He could have easily said, "I'm sorry, I don't sell that." No problem. On m... read more
