The piercer (Jen) was not a pleasant person to be around. She did her job but the experience was horrible. She said she was in a bad mood and it showed, tremendously. She was rude and snappy.
We love Luis Soto!!! My family and I will never use anyone else! Excellent customer service, excellent consultation, excellent art!!!!

I got a tattoo there the other night they did a good job and I would go back to them and get another one done and if you want a tattoo done go see them
I came in to get a exes name covered up and jay did an amazing job my hand looks so beautiful�
The staff is really awesome! The piercers are friendly, informative, and very helpful with any questions or problems one might have.
Becky and Jen are awesome piercers. They walk you through every detail and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
