Agreed to pricing over the phone, brought my item. I had to wait 45 minutes to be treated poorly by the GM and told they didn't need my trade. Do not do deals with Duane. Do not trust this dealership.
Called to see if I could test ride a Honda vtx 1800. They proceeded to tell me that they do it as the last part of they’re process, sorry but I don’t think many people want to sit at a dealer all day for a bike they don’t even know how it feels and if they’d want it. Good way to loose potential customers and leave a bad reputation. I’d rather see how something is first then be all Willy nilly and crunch numbers before hand.
