I am a Menlo Park resident, I had sporadic issues last month with my garage door, first with the sensor and later with the keypad function. Both times the Ace responded quickly and Abe (the knowledgable service tech) did a great job with fixing the issue quickly without fuss. And he was friendly and polite too! I strongly recommend their service.
