I applied for a position with ACES ABA and was excited to start because I truly enjoy working with children and supporting families. Our son has been with Aces since he was 3 and we've had such a good experience with them. His speech and behaviors have improved so much. He quickly builds a rapport with the BIs. We've had to pause services a couple of times due to changes in insurance, despite that, he's been with his supervisor, Gabe, since day one. And he has materials/tools that he makes for him and makes sure ti change his programs when our son masters a program. Great staff but EXTREMELY frustrating with flakey BI. We've been with ACES now for about two months and we have yet to experience one single week without a BI cancelling at the very last minute. This is very difficult to provide a five star when we can't get into our scheduled sessions. There is a lot opportunity for their leadership to work with the BI's and the importance of attendance.
Great place to work. The staff is all knowledgeable and kind! There is always support for both client and staff when needed.
